Our Story.
From Executive Search to Embedded Leadership Partner.

Frisch began in executive search, working with consumer-centric companies to appoint senior leaders capable of shaping business success. Across more than 25 years and over 600 leadership appointments, we have seen that value creation and relevance depend not only on capability, but on context: how the business is positioned, how decisions are made, and how culture is lived.

We are seeing leadership shift from hierarchical, siloed structures to more networked, collaborative ecosystems. Boards and CEOs who once expected search firms simply to fill predefined roles are now looking for answers to more fundamental questions about the leadership structures and profiles that will enable their strategies and operating models to succeed. This has moved our work from search into wider leadership consulting, where our insights, tools and expertise are applied in a broader organisational context.

Our approach is deliberately lean. We work with what is already strong, simplify what is complex, and focus on what is necessary. No generic leadership models.
